Do you think maybe we could find him another game? The one he is in now is a disaster for too many people. ![]()

like watching grass grow.

Tee hee. Like golf and bowling (tenpins)... unless you're playing it, it's a snore to watch.

I'm stumped, Pink! I can't think of any rich cricket to politics analogy! Caught out LBW! Just like Bush oughta be. ![]()
Hi Spiritalk...I only watch the highlights of cricket on the news. The theatrics of catching the ball and immediately tossing it or catching the ball an inch from the ground etc is a tad better than watching grass grow in our time of drought. And that's with the world's best team.

I remember many years ago going out to watch some Britishers (in Canada) having a game. Perhaps because I wasn't too familiar with it as well, it was a real snore...I literally fell asleep for the afternoon....boredom I guess. LOL ![]()

Please desist. Canada is full of immigrants as is the US. My ancestory, as is yours, was once another country. It gives us no room for criticsm.

Does 'borderers' mean what I think it does? Cross border dwellers between 2 countries? And which countries?
Like many places, Britain workers followed the jobs. Some moved up into Wales, or Scotland. Some moved over to Northern Ireland. All seeking work.
The same transpired(s) here on North America...following the work south of the border or north of border.
